NewGen Customs is committed to creating unique solutions to meet each individual customer’s needs. Although we do our best to estimate the time, parts and materials required up front, because we are a specialty shop working with aftermarket parts, custom fabrication and project specific modification things can and often do change. The good news is we are committed to working with you at every step to ensure the best possible value. We understand every project comes with a budget and often that means tough decision and trade-offs. As your trusted adviser we will keep you informed by notifying you of changes as they occur. We stand behind the work we do and the expertise we bring to each project.
Something else you should before customizing your vehicle:
WARNINGS: MOTORSPORTS, RACING, AND VEHICLE MODIFICATION ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITIES THAT CAN RESULT IN DEATH, BRAIN DAMAGE, PARALYSIS OR SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY. YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF INJURY OR DEATH WHENEVER PARTICIPATING IN MOTORSPORTS, RACING AND VEHICLE MODIFICATION.
IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR APPRECIATE THE DANGER OF THESE ACTIVITIES, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ALL MOTORSPORTS ACTIVITY AND FURTHER USE OF NewGen Customs PRODUCTS and Services.
Warranty coverage only applies to work done on street vehicles. Any work done on vehicles that partake in any type of motorsports activities is done so without warranty coverage. Street vehicles that partake in motorsports activities void any warranty originally in place.
IN NO EVENT WILL NEWGEN CUSTOMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
Due to the nature of motorsports and restorations, and its variances in conditions and use can be foreseen and therefore the safety of any person associated with use of products is out of our control and we cannot be held liable for said events or any vehicle or product failures due to unforeseen events or improper use or abuse when using products sold or installed by NewGen Customs.
Modification to any vehicle by NewGen Customs could alter vehicle’s on-road performance in the event of a crash, resulting in bodily harm or property damage. In purchasing from NewGen Customs, the purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility in any property damage or personal injury that may occur while using products sold by NewGen Customs.
NewGen Customs will not take responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from failure of parts sold or installed by NewGen Customs. Do not purchase or install any part or services sold by NewGen Customs if you do not agree with the above terms, and/or that you do not feel competent in installing and using safely and correctly. Improper installation can lead to personal injury or death, or property damage; a qualified professional should install all products and only skilled individuals should complete installation.
Most products and services are intended for motorsports use and may not be legal in your country, state or other type of government. Consult your owner’s manual, instructions for each product and all laws before undertaking these modifications. The owner and user are solely responsible for the legality and safety of the vehicle you modify using these components.
Any failure due to actions outside of our control, such as: other people working on the car, manipulation of tuning data/ECU, failure to follow engine break-in procedure, running low on fluids, pre-existing problems or abuse, will be solely at the cost of the owner.
If an issue arises, NewGen Customs should be the first contact to diagnose the problem. If other people work on or inspect the issue before NewGen Customs has an opportunity to, we are no longer liable for any repairs or associated costs. If NewGen Customs is the first to inspect and the failure was caused by NewGen Customs product failure or service error, we will either repair or replace at no cost.
We do not offer any warranty expressed, or otherwise implied on any modified and/or aftermarket part/parts supplied or installed by us. Only unmodified, stock parts will be returnable for warranty and final authorization is up to the parts supplier.
Returns & Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2021 S. 4th Ave. Tucson, AZ 85713.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are damaged or modified, flammable liquids or gases.
